Healthcare Operations × Provider Infrastructure × Automation

I build and improve the systems behind provider credentialing, enrollment, compliance, and network operations.

Somewhere between a provider signing a contract and a patient booking an appointment, a lot can go wrong. That gap is where I work.

01 Thesis

A healthcare operations professional turning deep provider credentialing, enrollment, compliance, and network experience into better healthcare systems and automation.

02 Selected evidence

Operations at a scale that rewards systems, not heroics.

Metrics attached to the work they came from. Supporting a 40,000+ provider network is not the same as personally credentialing 40,000 providers.

40,000+

Provider network supported

Compliance and credentialing operations across a large Medicare/Medicaid network — not personal case volume.

2,000+

Provider backlog remediated

Structured tracking, escalation, outreach, and data cleanup.

25%

Faster credentialing turnaround

Process standardization, quality checklists, and workflow redesign.

8

Standardized SOPs authored

Plus a 30+ point credentialing quality checklist.

04 About

Healthcare administration, then the systems behind it.

I studied hospital and healthcare administration from undergraduate through an MBA, then worked inside hospital operations, quality, and accreditation in India. Credentialing, SOPs, and compliance were not an accidental later chapter — they were already the work. I started building the tooling I wished existed: first a Salesforce proof of concept with Apex and a live NPPES check, then a standalone provider-operations platform. The through-line is the same: verified source data, deterministic rules, ordered next actions — and AI only after the facts are in.

06 On AI

Building AI-assisted provider operations systems where authoritative source data and deterministic rules drive decisions, and AI helps summarize evidence and recommend operational follow-up.

07 Contact

For provider operations, network, and healthcare systems roles.

I am most useful where credentialing, enrollment, compliance, provider data, and workflow design meet — and where those workflows need to become systems.
